Ability to test steam for linux beta without invites from valve

Today started beta testing of game service from Valve for OS Linux. There are binary packages for Ubuntu (12.04 and 12.10 should work) and AUR packages for Archlinux.

Ubunt users can all be installed using the console tools:

1. wget media.steampowered.com/client/installer/steam.deb
2.1 sudo dpkg -i steam.deb && sudo apt-get install -f
')
If you have an amd64 architecture, you will also need to install some more packages.
2.2 sudo apt-get install libjpeg-turbo8: i386 libcurl3-gnutls: i386 libogg0: i386 libpixman-1-0: i386 libsdl1.2debian: i386 libtheora0: i386 libvorbis0a: i386 libvorbisenc2: i386, you need to be and not : i386 libstdc ++ 6: i386 libx11-6: i386 libxau6: i386 libxcb1: i386 libxdmcp6: i386

And at the end run all the team
3. steam steam: // store

Here is a list of games available at the moment a good forum on this topic (in English)

Update: This is not a hack, but apparently, just an oversight and perhaps all this happiness will soon be discovered by Valvatsi and will cover the store until the next beta is released.
