"Simple Business" version 1.7.5.0. - especially for you - a new design of the portal, the agent program, the web version and the distribution module for your clients

According to numerous requests from the users of the “Simple Business” system at the “Simple Business 2012. Customer Relationship Management” conference , we demonstrated the design of “Simple Agent” in the Metro style - easy, clear, bright and lively! It can be used in the new version of the system, which was released simultaneously with the official launch of Windows 8. At the same time, the same style was obtained by the portal www.prostoy.ru and the web version of “Simple Business”, if you have not yet seen, be sure to check in to evaluate the new user convenience level!

Now the portal of the “Simple Business” organization management complex has a beautiful horizontal design in a new style. The main advantage of this approach is that it is convenient to find and read information for tablet users on the portal. The main page contains only the most necessary information, the main sections retained the design of the pages of the booklet “Simple Business”, which our users like so much.

Already, users can try out the Metro style quick launch window (the Launch tab of the agent’s main window, the Quick Launch item). All objects of the program are divided into groups that are distinguished by different colored icons, which increases usability and enjoyment of using the program. The interface can be in the black version and in the white version.

In the section "Getting Started" appeared item "Favorites." In this item, you can add projects, tasks and contacts to which you most often refer to during the work process for a quick transition to them.

Over time, the entire agent program will be transferred to a new design, so that our users not only receive a fast and convenient tool for managing their business, but also aesthetic pleasure from working with the program.

E-mail and SMS alerts of your customers

New version - new module! Now you can notify your customers by email or SMS about events, promotions, events held by you. The distribution module is available in the web version of Simple Business, download the customer contact database and send them messages with a few mouse clicks.

Version 1.7.5.0. added to the function "Forward" for incoming and outgoing mail messages. And using the function of quick access to objects, you can get a link to the task, comment, user or contact in two mouse clicks (from the object context menu) and send it to the employee. There was a reminder for the message in the chat. Now you will not even forget about the information received from the internal chat with users of the system. Convenient for the manager will be the advanced status of the user - he allows to put an icon for an employee who is absent from the workplace (on vacation, on sick leave, on study, on a business trip), and also to encourage the most effective employees with asterisks to increase staff motivation.
