UFMS in Kemerovo broadcasts video from reception to its website

Good news happens and from where you expect little from them. That's really from whom you are not looking for good, so it is from the Office of the Federal Migration Service.
Some time ago I wondered about getting a passport and immediately thinking about the terrible queues and lost hours. I decided to go to the site of the Federal Migration Service in the Kemerovo region with the sonorous address ufmsko.ru .
In addition to the design from the 90s (but one must admit that it is not the worst of the state sites), I was greeted by the camera icon with the words On-Line Camera on the main page.

Well, interestingly! In fact, this is a very interesting step. They put the camera in the waiting room and broadcast the signal through the well-known Ivideon service. Anyone can monitor the situation and come to the most convenient (read “free”) time.
“As experts of the foreign passport registration department say , there is no such service in any division of the Russian migration service.”
This may not be any achievement, but it’s pleasant that someone decided to meet people at least in this way, especially considering the simplicity of the task.
It would be great if in one form or another other departments and other structures followed Ufmsko.

The camera only works during business hours: from 10:00 to 19:00. So, for example, looks at the beginning of the working day:

True, at the time of testing the camera was turned on only at the beginning of the 12th, and not at 10.

There was a desire to talk with representatives of the Federal Migration Service, to tell in Habré about who thought out how they came to the implementation through Ivideon and what other modern solutions they use. Could get an interesting review. There is even an “On-line Reception” icon on the main one, which leads to the form with an application for reception via Skype, but, unfortunately, no one has gone further than one step in the form of a camera - nobody contacted me.
Of course, with the advent of the public services portal, the tale of lost time is no longer so acute and topical, but the fact itself is pleasant.
Colleagues, do not be afraid to come up with proposals - get closer to people!
