Finalists of the Technovations 2012 Cup
Two days later, the Technical Innovations Cup Final will be held. It reached 13 projects selected by experts from more than 200 from across the country. The winner will receive a cup and a cash prize, and all the finalists will be given the opportunity to participate in closed investment sessions of venture capital funds-partners of the competition and much more.

As the name implies, the project team is working to create a technology for producing semiconductor heterostructures for the needs of solar energy. Solar cells created on the basis of this technology will have high efficiency (about 40%) and low cost.
