Talk 2.0 - who agrees with me?

New Russian-speaking project - Talk 2.0 . The system is simple to ugliness - the participant adds the opinion, and other users agree or disagree with it. Moreover, opinions (“I love Windows”) at the time of voting do not relate to the author, but to each voter. This simple principle is plentifully poured in web-dressing sauce - tags, groups, contacts and reputation.

Discussed as a comparison of operating systems, and personal issues, and, sometimes, even delusional.
