Apple has printed an apology newspaper to Samsung

Recently, Apple "apologized" to Samsung on its website, and apologized so that Samsung would have been better not to see it. The court also was not happy about this and made Apple rewrite the apology on the site . There is no apology on the official website yet, but in the newspapers Apple has already started to send messages with apologies.

The British affiliate paid The Guardian for a graphic block in a print edition and posted there a text that looks like this:
On July 9, 2012, the High Court of Justice of England and Wales concluded that Galaxy tablet computers from Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, namely Galaxy Tab 10.1, Tab 8.9 and Tab 7.7, do not indicate violation of Apple’s rights to design No. 0018181607-0001. A full copy of the High Court verdict is available at www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Patents/2012/1882.html . The verdict is valid throughout the European Union and was approved on October 18 by the Court of Appeal in England and Wales. A copy of the verdict of the Court of Appeal is available at www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2012/1339.html . Nowhere in Europe did the ban on the registered design of the Company come into force.

This time, Apple didn’t do anything wrong, but an apology message on the UK UK’s official website should still be until November 3.
