He refers to the fact that honest businessmen have a hard time in the fight against "dishonest", ordering their products from outside. “We create infrastructure here, pay taxes, but the cost of our products is 50% more expensive. No country in the world allows you to buy everyday goods in other countries without paying taxes and customs duties, ”he complains. According to him, it is more profitable to keep the business not in the Russian Federation, but send goods here.

A working group has been created inside the ministry that deals with this issue. The question, by the way, is quite acute: according to mn.ru, 35% of international parcels coming to Russia are purchases made in foreign online stores. So, last year, a total of about 3.5 million parcels were received.
