Yandex.Webmaster

Not so long ago there were rumors about him. Then there was a surge in the distribution of invites ... And yesterday I not only received invitations, thanks to Dimox and Nastenko Roman , but also managed to “drive” a little and see this service. Who else does not know, Yandex.Webmaster is a set of “utilities” for webmasters from Yandex, an analogue of Google Webmaster Tools or Yahoo Site Explorer .

You have probably already read reviews of this service, for example, here , here or here (there, by the way, you can invite and ask), but I would like to insert my five kopecks ...

The project is in the closed (available by invitation) testing and the amount of functionality does not yet shine, but it works fine - I did not notice any glitches.

At the moment there is only the opportunity to "look" at the site from the search robot. In fact, now you can see the structure of the site, as well as errors on it: such as, for example, 404 or 302. In particular, this already helped me: I saw (though I haven’t yet corrected:]) that the trackback links are not marked “nofollow "And robots are trying to go on them, getting 302 (Resource temporarily moved). I saw that Yandex swears on the feeds of comments, considering them documents in the wrong format - I also need to look and figure out what the problems are.

Those. The benefits of the service is now. And this is how it all looks like:

Conclusion

In general, the beginning of a good and the right motion vector is set. From myself I want to wish Yandex good luck in the development of the project, new features and grateful users :)

PS

Well, the bun at the end, so to speak, for the patient ... If suddenly someone else was left without an invitation - please contact me - I will send it as far as possible.

And I'm also thinking of writing reviews for Google Webmaster Tools and Yahoo Site Explorer , while the truth is in thought - does anyone need it? :)
