Memo to a novice photographer

Habrayuzer nicothin made a reminder for beginning photographers - a short cheat sheet, the material of which describes the extreme minimum that is necessary for everyone who is going to shoot consciously. Briefly describe what it is and why.

Why do you need it

Mastering a photo can be divided into 2 stages:
  1. technical
  2. compositional aesthetic
The technique is mastered quickly (with the proper frequency of shooting - in a month), and the ability to build a frame composition and make really good pictures is a much longer stage. This memo is a good cheat sheet for mastering the technique of shooting and the basics of composition.
At a certain stage of taking photographs, knowledge about the technique of shooting will be deposited in your head, and the arsenal of compositional techniques will become much wider than that described in the memo - then this cheat sheet can be simply thrown out.
The memo is made for the course "Fundamentals of Photography", but you can use it without any reference to the course.

What it is

This is an A4 document (double-sided), it needs to be printed, folded 4 times and carried with you in a photo bag.
Find the “Portrait” and “Landscape” blocks, fold the sheet in half so that they are inside. Find the blocks "Aperture" and "Shutter speed", fold the sheet again, so that these blocks are also inside.
