Macrosoft and Maksisoft: what do the "small namesakes" of small-scale ones do?

I wondered what MicroSoft's “namesakes” were doing and I visited macrosoft.com and maxisoft.com
Macrosoft is a standard IT company, websites, programs, flash, etc. The site is made on Joomla! and nothing but the annoying flash Eva is no different.
Maksisoft - more interesting. This company is engaged in the manufacture of software products for marking of dangerous goods, chemicals, marking of places of danger.

Distracted. They offer a fairly wide range of products , while I deal with biological weapons or the transportation of toxic chemicals - I would definitely use it.
Here they are, neighbors Microsoft by name.
UPD. minisoft.com - something familiar we find in the logo.

How could they not be sued? They are engaged in middleware, and even some terrible things. The site is definitely made in frontpage (look at the paths to the drawings, for example), so there wasn’t any
