Competitive Development

Detailing to the article Factory startups

All project participants are interested in the final result - in the commercial success of the project. Therefore, the implementation technology should be built with the maximum degree of reliability.
One of such tools is duplication of the most responsible (and maybe almost all) development tasks.

I propose to consider two options:

1. Competitive.
When for each fixed task (for example, developing a site design) two or more teams or individual developers are formed.
And the interest put on the task is received by the group or the developer who is on time and whose quality of work will be recognized higher. At the same time, if the difference was small, the group of losing developers gets some amount% from the prize pool.
')
2. Duplicate
When work on a task is entrusted to a specialist or a development team with a higher rating in the system. But at the same time, other participants can come to the task. The main participant must complete the task on time and with proper quality (otherwise, the default rating reduction) Duplicate participants submit their work by the deadline on schedule - if it is higher in quality than the main participant and their work is accepted into the project, then they receive 50 % of the percentage assigned to the task. If the main participant did not pass the task -100%. If the project includes the work of the main developer, but the duplicates are made with high quality and on time - they can rely on bonus interest.

Prize interest must be distributed necessarily if there is at least one duplicate participant who copes with the task.
