New Node Subsite Names

On October 13, the API documentation for the Node engine, along with the old (long) address nodejs.org/docs/latest/api/ , received a new (short) address - api.nodejs.org .

The Node distributions, along with the previous nodejs.org/dist/ address, now have a new address, dist.nodejs.org .

Conveniently no less than api.jquery.com for jQuery.
