I think those of you who were involved in the development of websites to order, often had the need to compose a questionnaire to start working with a particular client. Of course, this question may seem to other developers a purely personal one that bears an intimate shade and is covered with a touch of corporate secrecy. However, I still think this topic is worthy of discussion, I propose my own version of such a questionnaire. And I also expect comments and constructive comments from you.

Questionnaire

1. Company name (full).
2. Industry / field of activity.
3. The official name of the site (which will appear in the headlines and used in the design of the site).
4. Domain address (URL) if you already have a website or a domain is registered.
5. Which hosting company provides hosting services (indicate the tariff plan)? If there is no hosting yet, indicate which monthly budget will be allocated to support the project.
6. The main contact person from the organization (full name, tel., E-mail).
7. The desired start date of the project. Are there any external circumstances that may affect the timing: PR campaign, exhibition, annual report.
