Office 2013, Lync 2013, Exchange 2013 went gold

Microsoft has signed new 2013 versions of Office, Lync and Exchange on RTM (Release To Manufacturing), which means they have reached the final versions of the development and will soon be available for download.


The overall availability of products is planned for the first quarter of 2013. Customers who bought Office 2010 in retail or from resellers can get the opportunity to upgrade to a new office when it becomes available.
Early access will be provided for a number of business client programs, including:
- Office 365 Corporate Clients
- Customers of Volume Licensing who have Software Assurance, the ability to download products will appear through the licensing center. In the prices these products will appear by 1st December.
- IT professionals and developers will be able to download the final version through their TechNet or MSDN subscriptions also by mid-November.
