The game "Life" Conway in a continuous environment
German scientist Stefan Raffler created an interesting modification of "Life" - a cellular automaton, invented in 1970 by John Conway, in which instead of a discrete rectangular grid, life develops in a continuous environment. The “cages” in it are shaped like disks, gliders can fly in any direction and lead round dances - it turns out to be a completely mesmerizing picture.
