SanDisk company has initiated a very popular recently (especially in the software market) action: attempts to sue several dozen organizations at a time.
Under the distribution got as many as 25 companies, among which there are Apacer Technology, Corsair Memory, Kingston Technology, LG Electronics and others. All of them are accused of violating SanDisk's seven patents on technologies used in flash-based drives. In parallel with the claims, SanDisk lawyers appealed to the US International Trade Commission with a request to ban the import of devices manufactured by the accused companies. Of course, it was not without desire to compensate for the inflicted damage.
It seems that the flash memory market is heating up, if not war, then at least a major conflict. ')
