The German developer of electronic books
Txtr at the World Book Fair in Frankfurt presented his
vision of popular readers - a Beagle reader with an E-Ink screen of 5 inches, a screen resolution of 800 × 600, weighing 128 grams and a little less than 5 mm for 9.90 euros.
The device has an internal memory of 4 GB (no memory card support) and Bluetooth. Everything is nothing more than a screen and a pair of AAA batteries, which should work for a whole year, no. The screen of the reader also does not respond to touch with your fingers - there are three hardware buttons for operation. Neither charge nor any cables to the reader exist.

To share books with the device and sync, you are invited to use the
txtr ebooks application (available for iOS), which on a regular smartphone or tablet will allow you to select the required book (over 700,000 of them, DRM is not forgotten, EPUB and PDF formats) Beagle
Sales are planned worldwide, ranging from Europe to the USA and Asia.
