Agave becomes a strategic investor 3w-Style

On September 20, Agave and 3w-Style announced the conclusion of a contract whereby Agave becomes a strategic investor in 3w-Style .
The agreement implies the comprehensive integration of companies and the creation over time of a single infrastructure that allows them to maximize their common potential. The current agreement was a logical continuation of the long-standing cooperation of companies in various fields, which has a history of more than 5 years.
As part of the agreements reached with 3w-Style, Agave gains control over the production unit for the creation, support and promotion of sites that were not previously in the holding. Thus, 3w-Style becomes a logical addition to the traditional business of Agave , focused on the Internet. At the same time, this agreement makes 3w-Style a full-cycle Internet agency. From September 1, 2007, the company enters the market of traditional Internet advertising, which will make it much more attractive to customers, and also allow, given the current customer base, to significantly increase its turnover.
