I don’t know how it turns out, but for the second year in a row, great weather has set in for the festival. And this is great! There is a golden autumn, sunshine, and a brand new (now) Samara embankment is nearby. Samara is seen and remembered by the majority of the festival participants. And this, for a moment, almost all of Russia. Just look at the site geography and the number of participants. Do not be lazy, look . This year, during the festival, we walked a bit. Photos from the last fest here . This year the festival gathered a record 800 people. Someone, of course, did not come as always, but the number, nevertheless, is growing - this is a fact. As always, the most interesting, in my opinion, was outside the audience with reports. In the lobby, you could freely communicate with all participants and speakers (and they, I remind you, moved out from all over the country), discuss various issues, and just talk about life. And this, in my opinion, is much more interesting than any reports. Actually, about the festival itself. First, I note the organizational points. Reports were on the second floor in three streams. In the hallway of the first floor, the Spin the Bambay played with someone: As a result, in spite of the fact that there were about 800 people, there was no crowding. There were two lounge areas - one from the organizers: Here you could sit and lie down and discuss everything (even what is not told on the reports): The second soft zone was from 2GIS: However, the Holiday Inn is clean, and the participants of the festival are not capricious people. And those who lacked soft, comfortable chairs (and those who were lazy to go to them) were positioned like this: For those who are tired of reports and communication, the Dominion Studio has prepared a party game - a photo on the background of a carpet with retro attributes. What many rushed to use. It turned out very funny: In general, the festival reigned positive, warmth and comfort. And what else is needed for good communication? In general, nothing. Parallel distributed their T-shirts Ostrovok.ru. Mandatory requirements for getting a T-shirt were the following: put on a T-shirt, cuddle a monkey, take a picture with her. Looking at the monkey, you can probably guess that nobody had to persuade for a particularly long time. Then someone thought up to feed the monkey, and fed it with bananas: Seopult changed the business cards of the participants to their own label with Coke, as well as handed out sovochki to promote websites and pens. And next to them girls with long legs were looking for mobile producers: On the reports, by the way, I was also. For some reason, I chose “the Internet and the state”, and in this section I spent almost 3 reports. Here discussed a lot. Starting from the need, importance and prospects of development of various public services in the network, ending with difficulties in government development orders. I didn’t hear anything completely new, but the experience of people, and their vision of the situation and prospects, were interesting to listen to: Later, the mayor of Samara, Dmitry Azarov, was brought up to the same section. In general, the questions were all the same - what is planned, what is planned, when is it planned, and what can you do with all of this then: For my part, I asked the mayor how he managed to build the work of officials on Twitter. If someone does not know, the mayor has driven almost the entire administration (and maybe all) to Twitter, and when appeals are received from residents, he retweets messages to responsible people. In general, the idea is perhaps not new. With the only difference from many similar undertakings - it works for Azarov. Checked in person. A couple of weeks ago, being on Saturday in Samara, I took a picture of the mud on the embankment, and the failed asphalt on Kuibyshev Square. On the same day, the messages were retweeted to officials. Already on Monday, they reported a photograph about the cleaning on the embankment, and a week later about the elimination of the failure in Kuybyshev Square. Actually, how to achieve such effectiveness, the mayor did not answer, citing that there are video cameras and women here. But he added that personal interest and personal participation is important. With the weakening of personal control, the effectiveness immediately approaches zero. There were a huge number of photographers on the reports. And if before they were with DSLRs, now with more mobile devices: The mayor of Samara and other representatives of the authorities were present in a “round table” format, and in part therefore it was particularly interesting. It turned out very lively, and did not slip to tedious monologues. In any case, they listened and asked questions with interest. Anyway, and all participants of the festival from the Samara region are anyway interested in the active work of the mayor's office and the Samara region in the field of IT: Questions asked actively: Reached and hot disputes: And before the arrival of Azarov, there was a report about the Samara GIS (geographic information system). For me it was not clear why money is paid for these GISs in every region, why GIS is developed for each region from scratch, and why it is impossible to make one version and clone it to all regions. After the report and after communication in the halls, it seems, understood. In short, the bureaucracy and the stubbornness of some local officials will not allow the development of one federal project. It will simply turn up. And then I remembered that Alexander from Plyumedmedia put a stamp on my wrist and said in a half-whisper: 323 at 15:00, they will pour it there. I looked at the clock - it was 15:40, and decided to go see what was there in 323. There was everything. Or almost everything. And an endless stream of people.
