New stable version of GIMP 2.4 has been released.

Many changes and improvements:
- color management;
- improved display when scaling;
- improved selection and framing tools;
- a tool for selecting objects in the foreground;
- revised preview in extensions;
- New Tiny-Fu interpreter;
- additional support for file formats;
- more logical menu structure, tips for each item;
- updated design, new icons;
- additional print settings;
