- A week earlier - RedTram accuses the newly appeared MarketGid of stealing code and traffic. Allegedly, some participants have already been convicted in court. And the MarketGid servers were arrested.

- What is now? Today, at 14-30, RedTram Company arranged a press conference, in order to give answers to a number of long-standing questions.

1) By its decision of August 21, 2007, the Arbitration Tribunal established the MarketHead LTD company to recognize the ownership of Virton Logistic LTD.
2) Later, on October 19, the court suspended all previous praises until the meeting on October 26, but the lawyer of the Virton Logistic company did not give clear comments on this matter, saying only that it was no longer in his competence and he did not have similar information.
3) The chairman of the court is the same friend Ivan Radnik, a lawyer of the Virton Logistic company
4) Where are the RedTram servers (read “Virton Logistic”) also does not have a clue (at least that was what was said at the press conference)
