A small photo report with CEATEC Japan 2012

It so happened that it was my heart to visit one of the largest electronics and information technology exhibitions - CEATEC Japan 2012.
The exhibition is held from 2.10.2012 to 10.10.2012. So some of you still have a chance to get there! :)

I will warn you right away that I will not be able to leave a comment on each photo, because for the most part I fotkal and looked rather than asking the Japanese about their exhibits (by the way, many people did not speak English and the handout was not duplicated in Inglish). In addition, now I have the 3rd-4th morning on my clock, and it's very problematic to paint everything. When I go to the Internet next time - is unknown, but since I want the information to be more or less “fresh”, I publish slightly damp material.
Two months later, I still found the time and energy to finish a little and, if possible, comment on the photos. Better late than never! :)
Therefore, a small photo report under the cut.

Attention, traffic!

I apologize for the krivorukost in the form of a blurred focus and filled up the horizon in some pictures. He was in a hurry: the exhibition is big and time is short!

It was possible to get to the event by prior registration, although I think it was also possible to register during the exhibition. To enter the hall with exposures, as well as to get every small freebie (soft toys, product samples, handouts mainly in Japanese, etc.), which were distributed at the exhibition, a printed ticket with a bar code was needed, and therefore the post office then spammed in Japanese. :) At the entrance there were such racks with badges for tickets.

There were several stands with some voltage converters. No idea what, but for some reason I liked them.

Fujikura showed a very interesting and entertaining experiment. Apparently, this experience clearly shows the Meissner effect .

Sharik levitated.

The number of new electric vehicles per square. km here is off scale!

Nyashnye Japanese girls handed out all sorts of freebies, about which I wrote a little higher. For this they asked to give them a scan of the barcode on the ticket. Many people were not allowed to take pictures, so they had to shoot them a little on the other side. :)

This is a machine for automatically assembling the necessary loops (puts the wires into the connectors). We are very fortunate that one of the company’s representatives was a Russian woman - Irina. She told a little about the machine, and also told that their company is going to enter the Russian market. If someone needs contacts, write in a personal, I will look, should have stayed.

It was very sad to observe the sad faces of these girls, and we sometimes approached and took unnecessary Japanese trash in order to see their smiles and narrowed eyes and hear a nice thin voice.

This robot, apparently, is already used in some medical institutions in Japan. It is necessary in order to move the disabled person from the bed to the stroller.

This is a very interesting device, which, unfortunately, I did not manage to test - there was a queue and I didn’t want to waste time, which was very little. The essence, as I understand it, is to help a person lift heavy loads, while reducing the load on his back and spine.

Dancing robots from TOSY Robotics.

Another electric car.

Huawei presented its products, judging by everything, this is the recently released MediaPad 10 FHD (I can’t say for sure, I wasn’t interested).

A whole section dedicated to green energy and related technologies is presented.

This shows how thermal cameras can be used in data centers.

I was pleased (personally) that the attached software was written in LabVIEW, which allows using these sensors for their specific needs.

There were also several booths dedicated to VoIP: firms present their solutions in this area.

Very interesting multifunctional massagers.

Drive Controllers.

Quite an interesting robot: it repeats movements in the wake of the human hand.

The photo is hard to see, but the monitor displays * nix commands.

Nissan LEAF - the first 5-seater massively produced electric car (as I was told at the NISSAN plant in Yokohama). I want to note that in mass production there are also models with left-hand drive, which are intended for the countries of Europe and the USA. But its price, while not particularly happy.

I do not remember exactly, but it seems like the company is engaged in solutions for the transmission of electricity at a distance by electromagnetic induction. In the specific case of charging a mobile phone, like the Nokia Lumia 920.

The exhibition presented a lot of options FPGA.

And I saw these robots at the E-LROB 2012 exhibition competition. A sapper robot in the middle (if I'm not mistaken).

And the robot intelligence (right).

Robot vacuum cleaner iRobot Roomba 770. The approximate cost we have ~ 24 tr.

And a little more electric cars and charging stations! :)

That's all!
I liked the exhibition! Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get into some interesting programs of the event (for example, a test drive of electric cars).
This photo report is only a small part of CEATEC Japan, which I can show you.
