Master-key for Onity locks on the Arduino in the usual marker

It is unlikely that an office building or a hotel will treat with understanding the person who carries with them suspicious devices, from which various wires and sensors stick out. But it is clear that professional hackers are professionals in order not to fall. For example, the Onity locking device was built by one of the skilled craftsmen in a regular marker. A more ordinary thing is difficult to imagine. This device works as a master key for all locks.

The project is really very interesting. Onity's own way of hacking locks is known in certain circles. Of course, this “hack” is used, and very actively. Security experts are trying to create such devices as a demonstration of "holes" in the protection of digital locks.

Earlier, a device on the Arduino, capable of breaking the lock (more precisely, opening it) in about a second, was demonstrated. Now the design has undergone significant changes, and most importantly - has become much more portable. Below is a video demonstrating the operation of this device. For the owner of this “marker” no key-cards are needed, everything necessary is enclosed in the marker body.
