Competition from IBM for the best implementation of 1C on IBM DB2 DBMS

If you are a 1C partner with projects implemented in IBM DB2 in the small and medium business segment, we invite you to take part in the contest for the Best Implementation of 1C on the relational database management system IBM DB2.

To participate in the contest, send a request to the following address: a_ovchinnikova@ru.ibm.com with the subject “1C Competition on IBM DB2 DBMS” by October 31. In the body of the letter, please indicate the company name and contact person.
In the application of the participant of the competition for the best implementation of 1C on DB2 for SMB write the answers to the following questions:

1. What advantages did the customer get after implementing the solution?
2. What was made possible by the implementation of the project?
3. Has the customer received additional business development opportunities? What specific business processes within the company have benefited from implementation / been improved?
4. Have fundamentally new business decisions been made / steps taken to improve the efficiency of business processes and business transformation after implementation? What positive business results did the customer receive as a result of making new business decisions / after business transformation as a result of implementation?

The application should also indicate key performance indicators and their dynamics in the period before and after implementation. The advantage is an indication of the economic effect of the introduction.

Projects can participate in the competition at any stage of implementation. Description of the implemented project can be provided in free form.

Winners will be announced in mid-November 2012.

For the first three places, a plan for joint promotion of the solution will be prepared and implemented.
