For the third time, I read the book by M. Fowler, The Architecture of Corporate Software Applications. Very interesting. Yesterday I suddenly wondered why, in fact, I read this strange book for the third time, and why I am again interested. And invented.
There are books - textbooks. They teach. Textbooks in mathematics, marketing, programming. Textbooks of life. And there are books-universes. Books that are not possible to read and comprehend. Books, reading which, every time you penetrate the next circle of perception. The fact that it was not clear - you know. That was clear - you understand in a new light. And this process is endlessly iterative. For example, no one would call the Bible a textbook of theology or Christianity. She is just a book in herself. Universe. Thinking of this thought, made a hit parade of books-universes. Or rather, not a hit parade, but a list with what I had to face
