In order to completely perplex after such a title, I will immediately say - I like the products of HTC: I used the PDA and communicators made by this company for quite a few years, regardless of whose logo was on the case. They faithfully served me until they changed hands to the new owner or died the death of the brave in a collision with asphalt. But now I think about it ten times before I buy another device. The reason is simple - service, more precisely - warranty service.
So ... Shortly before the warranty expired, my external
QTEK S200 flew. Trifle, but unpleasant. I rummaged through the forums, found out that this is a fairly common disease among the two hundredths, can be treated simply and quickly, you can easily replace the native speaker with, say, Samsun. But ... what is it for? I have not yet run out of warranty! So I passed my communicator to the service center specified in the original QTEK warranty card. I had 2 weeks before the holidays and I was sure that I would definitely replace the speaker during this time. It was worthwhile to
read the reviews about the "craftsmen" from CPS.
What can I say ... almost 2 months have passed since then. Communicator is still not there. The official explanation is "waiting for the delivery of spare parts." I’m ready to admit that in the service there are assholes who don’t care about customers, and the concept of
customer service , so pleasant and fashionable lately, is alien to them. Nevertheless, I cannot understand HTC, which allows such service centers to repair its equipment, nor can I understand why there is no clearly established framework for the delivery of spare parts. I can not understand why the hell, having spent a lot of money on the phone, must suffer with boorish service and deep disregard. I understand that the remnants of the Soviet service are strong, but why should I put up with them ?! The result is simple - I will think very hard before I buy the next communicator with the HTC logo.
