Dvorkovich expressed confidence that the company's management has all the opportunities to solve their problems in time. Soviet specialists, who “know how this process should be organized, will help arrange the delivery of the Russian Post,” he added.
In my two years to solve problems with the mail - this is too much. For these terms, you can not just solve problems, but also create a new public postal service.
