Better Comment Navigator

It was thought to me, for a long time I did not write posts, but at the same time I was completely rid of our comment navigator. It is slow (well, it's on purpose, such as smooth scrolling and all that) and as soon as you move on to the next comment, it marks the previous one as read, which is extremely inconvenient - you can’t go back. And according to your comments, there is no navigation at all. It has long been thought to do, especially since the example is already there. On one blog of humor and gossip, we already made a whole service pack, 7 people wrote 200kb JS code in the form of userscript improving the site :) And where to go - the site is good, but 80 years on the Internet ...


So this is what the new navigator will give you - the ability to quickly navigate through new comments and up and down. Opportunity to go through your comments in the post (if they of course have). In its only down and from last to first. Well, go to the top of the post, although with this trendy lane on the left - it is of little relevance, well, do not throw it out.

In fact, 90% of the code of this feature is written by the user Stasik0 for the above site, I just removed the unnecessary, added the necessary, remade it to a habrahabr and removed the small but nasty bug.

Google Chrome extension,

To put this script in Google Chrome, you must first download it (and the script and possibly Google Chrome). Next, open the page with extensions and drag the script to this page, then click the Add button and that's it. Now, by clicking, it will not be delivered, Google cares about us.

To put the script in FireFox, you need to have addon GreaseMonkey . So if it is not there, we first set it up. And then either we throw the script on the page (already any) or go to userscripts and click Install.

In the opera, you can also do it, you need to put it in the daddy with all the other userscripts that you have.
