Lumia can be taken from Nokia to try - for two weeks
The Finnish vendor has taken a curious initiative in popularizing its smartphones - now a number of Lumia models (920 models not yet) and a couple of other devices like speakers can be rented from Nokia for 14 days. The goal is pretty obvious - try what kind of device it is, evaluate its merits, try to find flaws and the like.
The process of getting the device looks pretty simple but, apparently, not all will end successfully. Anyone who wants to try Lumia will have to fill out a small form here , which assumes that anyone who wants to participate in the action should provide some idea, a blog, an art project, something original, for which you need Nokia smarfton ( Maybe you are just tired of your old device) and send a request for consideration to Nokia Connects.
After it has been analyzed and, in the case of a successful and original proposed idea, you are “almost guaranteed” to receive Lumia for two weeks - and the cost of shipping the device to you and back will be paid by Nokia itself. In this case, special attention is paid that the participant must read the Trial Terms and Conditions and agree with him. It is interesting that it is rather short and clear and there are no restrictions on countries - only Turkey and Serbia have problems due to some local laws, according to which delivery is impossible, and the participant must be over 16 years old.
Thus, in principle, nothing interferes, at a minimum, to try and participate in the action and, possibly, to get Lumia up in your arms, so that later - which is tacitly assumed - to tell about the experience of using to your friends on social networks, because they ask in the application form also indicate the online communities of which you are a member - YouTube, Twitter, etc. (I think that Habr is no worse).
