Good afternoon, dear visitors Habr.

In my previous post, “The Future in Event Management,” I told you about new products in the event industry — dancing robots, a machine making clouds logos, glowing paper. and other equally interesting things. This topic caused a lively response, and we received a lot of requests from potential customers and partners. I wondered what else I can tell the readers of Habr. And invented - I will tell about our office. Despite the fact that we are, without a doubt, a small business - the company currently has only 11 people working all the time, I am sure that even a small business should have an office where employees want to go. I do not believe that you can do real Holidays and Events, sitting in a stuffy semi-basement or attic room, which requires major repairs. Some of our competitors think differently, and save on their employees as they can, putting profit at the forefront. This is not our way, we will each have our own opinion. So, what is it, the Office of the Real Agency of Holidays?

Our office is located in the center of St. Petersburg, on Vasilyevsky Island, within walking distance of the metro, so that it is convenient to reach us. The office always has free places for cars of our clients. Inside the office has a good air conditioning and ventilation system. Despite all this, however, it should be noted that our clients, both corporate and private, rarely come to us themselves, preferring that we come to them. And they brought with them EVERYTHING: script, presentation, drawings, models, costumes, props, examples of invitations, decor elements, and the like, and they don’t care how we carry it all. But we ourselves go to our office every day, often without days off. In a word, we always work so that you have a good rest.

So we are inside. Our corporate colors are yellow and burgundy. Our security guard, Daniel Craig, peeks out from behind an open door in the distance. With his heavy look, he makes an indelible impression on new visitors:

This is the holy of holies, the art department. Our art managers work here, they create the event. They didn’t want to be photographed, for good reasons ... First: “And what if my ex will see me, and they will all come here together?” Second: “Thank you, I have enough communication with customers at the sites”
