The company developed in a standard way - the growth of turnover, employees, offices ... but a number of strategically correct and timely transformations brought the company into the leaders and made it a role model. The first thing they did was "demolish the walls." At that time, the company had a large number of offices scattered throughout the country. Interaction between departments gradually turned into a big problem. The speed of communication and decision making has become a key factor for development. It was decided to build a "common house" and it was built in Oslo. The basic idea and concept of a new work space is the lack of walls. They gathered the best minds in one room for maximum performance and provided them with a comfortable working environment. Comfort is the second key aspect of work organization. People should be comfortable at work, they should want to be there. Hundreds of meeting rooms, cafes, street platforms equipped with the latest technology were created, convenient infrastructure was organized. An interesting point - the staff does not have a permanent desktop, there is no desktop computer. They go with a laptop and work where they want, where it is convenient ... You can even work at home, if the work does not require constant presence in the office. This is an important psychological point in their opinion. The working location of the employee can be found through the corporate portal, where all the working moments are recorded, current tasks are monitored, statistics are kept.

The next thing they did in the company was to get rid of the paper. They don’t use paperwork at all. All incoming correspondence is scanned and archived. There is even a special archival service. Of course, accounting, lawyers do not do without paper, but the general tendency is its absence.
The company does not have a specific employee reward system, but there are certain rules. Each employee has special conditions for wages and bonuses, and this is confidential company information. The employee has the right to request a review of the agreements at any time if the current conditions cease to satisfy him.
In addition, management motivates staff to work in the company, providing various social benefits in the form of discounts on food, sports, transport, etc. They have a principle - you can not give an employee something for free! Practice shows that free people are never satisfied. But if they are accomplices in a common cause, investing their own money, then they appreciate and understand it.
All these principles are a common trend of European companies, especially those working in the IT field, and, of course, the success of the company would not have been possible without the right leadership strategy on the company's board.
