Happy Birthday Pirate Bay - 9 years

September 15, 2012 the pirate bay was 9 years old. Despite all the scandals around this famous tracker, it continues to work. It was launched in the fall of 2003 by the Swedish Piratbyran organization. This is the same organization that later organized the Pirate Party of Sweden. Few people know why, after all, they initially decided to call themselves “pirates”. Numerous pirate parties, organized around the world, are perplexed about this name, and are looking for explanations, but they do not find it.
