First, business processes, and then - startups, software, etc.

Famous businessman Dmitry Potapenko tells what I constantly encounter. Before creating any regular “accounting”, which supposedly solves all problems, it is necessary to penetrate into the business process and rigidly prescribe and implement it.

So is a startup - if there are no lined up business processes in a startup (sales, production), then this is garbage and nothing will come of it. It is even about trying to build processes, because a startup initially has, by one definition, a search for a working business model.

In a sense, these are user stories - they are the ones that are correctly chosen and clearly implemented that are primary. But not how there are drawn glamorous penumbra in the alpha version, or made cool OOP architecture with the latest IoC container. These details are not important in the first stage.
