Recently, as you know, the Dev Center was updated and new countries appeared during registration. I was very happy when I saw Ukraine there.
A country, as you know, cannot be changed in an existing account. I put up with it. Created a new LiveID, registered, paid $ 100 for a full-fledged developer account, and of the application in the old account. Nothing foreshadowed trouble ... but, as always, something was wrong.
The problem arose when I started downloading applications to a newly created developer account.
As it turned out, Microsoft cannot pay money to developers from Ukraine , so you can add only free applications to the market.

PS: I do notsend the rays of hate making claims against Microsoft. I am sure that somewhere they have described this moment and I was simply not attentive. But I want to warn fellow developers — find out if Microsoft pays money to your country.
UPD: thanks to the user A1lfeG here is Regional info , where Ukraine really is not payout.
