Surely many users from Read Only would also like to use it. We could be helpful to each other. And that's why:

1. It is possible that a certain user from “Read Only” does not know how to write articles and cannot pass through the Sandbox. But he is a specialist in his field, and could share his experience in answering a question.
2. To attract additional attention to Habr and enhance popularization, allow users to ask questions here, and not to look for a sign in to get an answer there.
