Inventory Management for Goldratt's Theory of Constraints

In the summer I promised that in the fall we will start to lay out the functionality with the algorithms of the Theory of Constraints in the field of inventory management and production.

Here, I start with stocks.

Ask anyone who produces or distributes if he is concerned about the issue of inventory management, whether he is confident that his stocks cannot be reduced, or that there is enough working capital. This problem worries almost everyone. But there are no solutions, or they are too complex, and therefore unworkable.
