The new school year has begun, it’s time to sit down again for textbooks, that is, for computer screens. This fall, Stanford University is expanding the program of courses that are taught free of charge via the Internet, followed by the issuance of certificates. Students are offered
16 online courses . Everyone will find something interesting there: cryptography, mathematics, algorithms, IT entrepreneurship, finance, etc. (full list under the cut).
I am glad that Stanford is gradually developing a platform for distance education, new technological platforms are being added for broadcasting - this is the only university that broadcasts courses through several sites, the number of subjects is increasing. For the winter and spring semesters they promise to expand the curriculum again.
