Workplace standing for 600 rubles
Inspired by this post and taking note of this idea , in less than an hour, I assembled a table for work while standing on spare parts from Ikea. Why - see here . The cost of basic elements is 578 rubles.
As a bonus - fallback on a sitting position with the degradation of the screen size :)

Total - 578 rubles. And not 30,000 - 40,000 thousand . All parts fit perfectly and is going to all in 15 minutes.
For a completeFeng Shui kit, take a set of FIXA screws (199 rub.) And a pair of YANSHO fixtures - (699 rub.) - and you have everything you need.
I note the importance of the correct choice of the height of the stand under the keyboard. I tried on for a long time, and still missed somewhere 8 cm below the comfortable level. When working, it is very noticeable - I want to bend forward a bit. The shelf must be exactly elbow level. It also empirically found that the top of the monitor should be at the level of the top of the head. In general, everything is as in the picture below.
