Launch of Delphi XE3 and RAD Studio XE3 in St. Petersburg, Moscow and Online

September 11 in St. Petersburg and September 12, the Programmer's Day, in Moscow, the Embarcadero event will take place, dedicated to the release of the new Delphi XE3 and RAD Studio XE3.
