In an effort to complete their business on time, the developer often faces a physiological decline in their own working capacity, which is caused by fatigue, and overcomes this effect through various stimulants, the most popular of which is ordinary coffee. Moreover, with long-term and urgent work, the need for such stimulation often arises daily.
Inevitably, the question arises: how much coffee can
you drink on a daily basis without putting yourself at risk for caffeine dependence?
Wikipedia, referring to the textbook on food chemistry, in the
“ Coffee and Health ” section of the coffee article reports that the caffeine content is up
to 1500 mg per liter of coffee, and the purine alkaloids (which include caffeine) with a regular use of
1000 mg per day they cause a constant need for them in a person, reminiscent of alcohol dependence.

Rather trivial arithmetic operations allow us to count that to obtain this gram of caffeine (causing addiction) is possible with
just two thirds of a liter. These are either two large (three hundred grams) coffee mugs per day, or
three or four smaller ones, like those shown in the photo.
So, we must restrain ourselves, we must drink at least one mug less than this. Or use only instant coffee, in which the content of caffeine on average is also less -
almost twice .
