Russian "autopilot" for cars

RoboSiVi On Habré, they have written more than once about "autopilot" for cars developed by Google, BMW and Volkswagen. But there are similar developments in Russia. The RoboSiVi Company develops a universal navigation system capable of operating as part of ground vehicles, water robots, and UAVs. In April 2012, the company officially became a resident of the space cluster of the Skolkovo innovation center and subsequently received a grant to develop the project.

Unlike the highly specialized development of Google and automakers, RoboSiVi company has a broader task - to create a universal "brain" that can manage not only cars, but also the most diverse technology. Developers themselves among the possible applications are called: automobile equipment, which is used in coal and ore quarries, agricultural equipment, machinery-robots that carry cargo in a warehouse or somewhere in production, robot guides, who meet a person at the entrance to the office and see off him up to a particular cabinet ...
