Nokia Lumia 920 and 820 with wireless charging and Windows Phone 8

Today, Nokia has introduced two smartphones: Lumia 920 and Lumia 820. These are the first devices with Windows Phone 8 pre-installed and the first Nokia with support for wireless power transmission. To charge the devices there is no need to connect the cord - they are enough to put on a small mat and they will automatically start charging.



Lumia 920 - the new flagship line. Nokia emphasizes the first PureView technology implemented in it, which allows you to stabilize a shaky image and get a clear picture, even in low light conditions. Also, the new Nokia PureMotion HD + display technology is widely covered, promising an ultra-clear image and a fast screen response, which will avoid “blurring” dynamic images. It is also interesting that the screen Lumia 920 is able to respond to a touch in a glove and even with keys.

Lumia 820 - the device is cheaper and does not contain PureView and PureMotion HD +, however, in terms of pre-installed software, it does not lag behind the flagship. For example, the original City Lens application is available, an augmented reality browser that displays information about objects in the camera's viewfinder. Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive and Nokia Transport are responsible for the relevance of the data. However, only Nokia Drive can work without an internet connection.
