"Consul", "Meridian" and "Quadra" merged into "NetByNet Holding"

A new major player has appeared on the Moscow broadband access market. The mysterious western investor acquired the operator companies Consul, Meridian and Quadra, which provided services on the Moscow broadband access market under the NetByNet trademark. To date, the merger of companies has been fully completed and a new operator, NetByNet Holding, has been formed.

Vadim Aleksandrovich Kurin was appointed the general director of the merged company. Leonid Yuryevich Kirillov was appointed to the position of financial director.

Currently, NetByNet Holding provides broadband Internet and IP telephony services to the public and corporate users in the Moscow districts of Orekhovo-Borisovo, Maryino, Konkovo, Ryazansky, Izmailovo, Perovo, Golyanovo, Sokolniki, Semenovskaya, Cherkizovo. A network is under construction in six new districts and design and exploration work in eight. By the end of the year, the company plans to take over several more telecom operators.
