Opening the second one, I connected the loyalty program “thanks from the savings bank”. Accordingly, all available maps were connected to the program. Everything worked tip-top until I decided to close the first map.



So, I close the first card, transferring all transactions to the second one. Immediately falls off "thanks from Sberbank." Those. it somehow works there in the background, but does not allow it to the appropriate section of the site. I call in support. It turns out that the “thank you” section was blocked because I closed one of the cards (and the fact that I have another card there and the deposit account, so few people care). And in order for me to use the section again, attention, I have to change the password to Internet banking. There, apparently, something will restart. Be hurt, logic.
