1. Private information is inviolable.
2. Information that has become public voluntarily belongs to everyone.
3. The creator of the information is its Author.
4. The transfer of ownership of information to other companies or individuals does not deprive the creator of authorship.
5. Only the Author or his authorized representatives may withdraw legal information from public access.
6. Reproduction of public information is ethical.
7. Copying public information does not change its value.
I do not exclude that corporate holders of proprietary patents will be indignant, and most readers will pass by, having decided that the statements made are self-evident, but there will be those for which they will not be an empty sound. Today we see how the patent law of Western civilization devours itself. It is possible that the time has come for the Authors themselves to form an ethical charter in order to take control of the situation. And if you share the opinion expressed in the theses, please help to express it more accurately, more capaciously and more accessiblely, so that it becomes your Credo.
