I think that it is not necessary to describe what this framework is of itself, everyone already knows.
Fixed a lot of bugs, added new components and plugins.
You can read the documentation on innovations and see them in action
here .
From
this link you can pick up the release 2.1.0 in a zip-archive (only js and css with icons).
You can also visit the
official blog of the project and read about the innovations.
Some of the innovations are:
- Appeared submenu .
- Added new JavaScript plugin “Affix” (this is the very floating menu on the left).
- By adding the class ".btn-block" to the button, you can stretch it across the entire width.
- Improved indication of “success”, “warning”, etc. in the table.
- The navigation bar is now white by default, but you can make it dark as before by adding the ".navbar-inverse" class.
- It seems that they did not mention anywhere else that they added several classes for pictures .
PS The very first release of Bootstrap was exactly a year ago. Today, developers are going to have a party dedicated to the anniversary of Twitter Bootstrap.
I can’t even believe ... the framework is only a year old, and how widespread it is! How many add-ons and services associated with Bootstrap already exist, and how many sites using this framework are on the Internet ...
