Rakudo Star builds for Windows will now be regular

The developers of Rakudo promise from now on regular builds for Windows with every monthly release of Rakudo Star.

Windows installer for Rakudo Star 2102.07 (previous builds for Win from 2011.04 and 2010.07) is currently available.
