This letter was sent to all publishers who have chosen the Russian language in the interface, and whose accounts were registered to a country that supports EFT, but for some reason, a check was established as the main method of payment.

For Russia, Ukraine and a number of other Eastern European countries where EFT is not available, we still send checks in US dollars until a new method of payment is made available.
