Stolen Vehicle Slowdown and allows the owner to control his car remotely, as if it were a small radio car from a toy store.

The system developer assures that this is impossible, because only the police can activate remote control during the chase and only at the request of the owner of the car. GM has already decided to implement the Stolen Vehicle Slowdown feature in 1.9 million new cars, which will come off the assembly line in 2009.
