Nokia entered into Digia Qt development transfer agreement

The official press release, Digia has announced an agreement to transfer Nokia’s Qt cross-platform toolkit to Nokia. As part of the transfer of work to Digia, up to 125 Qt developers will also be transferred, mostly from Nokia Qt Software offices in Oslo and Berlin.

Recall that in March 2011, Digia acquired the rights to develop, maintain and sell the commercial version of Qt.
